Our Philosophy
At Joné Jacobs Physiotherapists we understand that each individual is unique and that our management strategy needs to be adapted to your specific needs.
Our goal is to empower you, our client, to obtain the highest level of function and to manage your condition as independently as possible to avoid recurring injuries.
Our qualified physiotherapist will conduct a comprehensive interview and assessment in order to design the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific condition.

PILATES FOR REHABILITATION
Joné Jacobs is a qualified Pilates instructor and can incorporate components of Pilates into rehabilitation done after injury or for chronic conditions. Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture. There is evidence to support the use of Pilates to improve ongoing pain in patients who received conventional treatment.
